Hello, fellow seeker of a more vibrant life!
Loving the podcast and newsletter and thinking of upgrading?
Embodied Joy emerged from listeners whispering, "me too…but how?”.
It's where we go deeper, not just talking about connection but experiencing it through meditations, seasonal insights, and soul-nourishing practices.
Embodied Joy: A Monthly Gathering
Embodied Joy arrives with each new moon — a monthly nudge to stop thinking about the life you want and start living it.
Each month brings a private audio designed to meet you right where you are.
Some months we’ll get quiet with a guided meditation. Others we’ll dig into practical planning, pull an oracle card, or explore the wisdom tucked inside your human design, the stars, or the turning of the seasons. It’s designed to fit into your life, in your timing.
No two months look the same, but every one is simple enough to fit into your real life and powerful enough to make the everyday feel a little more sacred.
This isn’t about adding more to your plate. It’s about pausing once a month, tuning in, and taking one small, intentional step toward a life that lights you up.
Come as you are. Begin where you are. Let joy become something you live, not just something you chase.
I’m Tina, the voice behind In Kinship podcast and the creator of Embodied Joy.
When I'm not chatting into a microphone about living life on your own terms, you'll find me with soil under my nails or fabric between my fingers. I'm a clothes maker, home builder, forager, enthusiast of all things textiles, creator of sacred ceremonies and salves alike, moon lover, and mama to one wee fella, who’s continually fine-tuning my life to be in even more joy and ease!
My journey to cyclical, joy-filled living wasn't a straight path—it meandered with stubborn intention and plenty of tripping hazards.
I've spent years empowering myself to sew and make as a way to follow my own path, love myself, and feel powerful in my body. There's something magical about the energy and love attached to things made intentionally and by hand.
My philosophy for both my life and the podcast?
To bring into my life only what resonates. Slowly...by hand.
Whether you're a fellow maker or simply curious about living with more joy, I'm delighted to share this path with you—dropped stitches, happy accidents, and all.
Oh hey….have an interest in sewing clothes?
